Subscription to the Bentin daily newsletter ("the service") including free trials constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions unless other conditions were agreed upon subscription of the service:

Registration data we collect from you are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Although all care and attention are brought to our technical infrastructure, we remain dependent on the availability of electric power, the internet, and the possible failure or breakdown of software or hardware devices that may temporarily render the production of the Bentin Daily totally or partially impossible. Other cases of force majeure such as illness or traveling may temporarily compromise the daily issuance of the report without constituting a breach of contract on our part.

We reserve the right to add or remove features of the service at any time without notice.

The Bentin Daily is published with a typical frequency of four to five times a week and distributed via email by 7 AM Central European Time (CET) at the latest the same day.

The annual subscription fee for the service covers a minimum of 170 issues sent during the course of the annual subscription period. Any shortfall is covered by an automatic lengthening of the current annual subscription period until such time that the minimum number of issues per annual subscription period has been reached.

Free trials: Are granted for a period of 15 days. The application for a free trial is subject to approval. Your free trial and/or subscription is valid from the moment it has been accepted and notified to you.

How to subscribe: Upon the completion of your free trial period, simply visit our subscription page and choose your desired private or subscription plan. Discounts to our base subscription fees may apply. Contact us for more details.

User id/password to register: As part of your subscription process, you will gain access to the members' section of our web site. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user id/password combination.

Cancellation of subscription: You may cancel your free trial or subscription at any time. Termination can be notified by sending us an email to that effect at Admin@Bentinpartner.ch or by visiting the subscription page of our web site. Any of these two actions will interrupt the renewal of your private subscription at its current term. Cancelation of service before its current term will not give the right to a total or partial reimbursement of the ongoing subscription period fee. Any subscriber or reader on a free trial may "unsubscribe" in order to stop receiving any notification from us by email. He/she may also edit his/her distribution preferences.

Changes to the current terms and conditions: Current terms and conditions may change at any time. Updated "terms and conditions" can be found on our web site which will also be referred to in a “hyperlink” at the end of our regular email transmissions to you.

Automatic Rewal. Subscription to the Bentin Daily implies an automatic annual renewal. Automatically renewed subscription can be cancelled up to 10 days after the automatic renewal has taken place by sending us an email to Admin@Bentinpartner.ch. If a payment has already been made, a refund will be issued if the cancellation takes place within 10 days of the automatic renewal payment. In the meantime, automatic renewals can also be cancelled in your paypal account. To cancel automatic payments on PayPal, go to your account settings, select “financial information,” then click “manage automatic payments.” Find the active payments you want to stop and click “cancel.”

You agree that this Agreement will be governed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
